1. Introduction
 

Conveyor type high frequency door assembly machine applied heavy duty SIEMENS servo motor and driver to adjust the table size to meet different doors assembly (90 degree connection with tenon). Once operator type the door size, SIEMENS PLC will auto adjust the working table size and locate the heating area.

Then high frequency power will heat the connection area and finish one door within 1 min. It can connect with production line for continuously door making.

System can stock 20 groups of door size and machine working data.
