1. Introduction
3D pressure is short of three direction pressure. There are three direction pressure from different side on the hydraulic press, which is very suitable for complex shape of plywood bending/ glued veneer bending. Such as big side "U" shape bending, art tea table bending, sound box bending etc. Considering the production efficiency, it equps 30-50KW High frequency generator for heating. HF generator only use electricity, clean and easy to operate. When you switch on, it can reach to high temprature within seconds. Once cut off the power, HF power will be off and stop heating at the same time. That is dielectric heating method, fast, convenient, clean and power saving. 
 
2. Features of three-direction high-frequency plywood bending press 
1). 3D pressure can meet different shapes of plywood bending requirement and help customer develop more designs.
2). HF heating is dielectric heating. It heats products by friction of water melocules, fast, uniformly and effective (Chair bending needs 3-4 mins per cycle)
3). HF power is selective heating. It focus on glue heating but not heat the wood material, saving energy.  
4). High quality. After pressing, plywood shape is steady and hard to change.
5). HF bending press can work with metal mold, plywood mold as well as MDF mold. There are more choice for end user. Customer can make mold themselves easily.
6). HF power needs only electricity, clean and dust free.
